Me by the river. Pausing to reflect on the journey
Pausing to reflect on the journey. Sometimes, alignment begins with simply creating space to listen - within and around us.

For the past 19 years, I’ve been moving through a Saturn cycle—a period known for deep life lessons, slow growth, and powerful transformation. While I’m not an astrologer, I use cycles like this as energetic insight. And this one shaped me completely.

It’s in that time that I lost roles, relationships, and versions of myself I thought were permanent. But through it all, I was being guided somewhere more true.

That path led me not just to personal clarity—but to the work I do today.

Why I Use Feng Shui

Feng Shui isn’t just about placement—it’s about alignment.

It’s about creating a space that reflects who you’re becoming.

A space that supports clarity, calm, and truth. A space that lets your energy breathe again.

As a certified Feng Shui consultant with a background in beauty, energy work, and embodiment, I help people reconnect with themselves through their spaces—not to fix, but to realign.

This 19-year chapter taught me that real change doesn’t start in your head—it starts in the space around you.

If You're in Transition…

Your home might be trying to tell you something. And I’d love to help you listen.

Let’s make space for who you truly are.

If you'd told me 12 months ago that I'd be flying halfway across the world to conduct a Feng Shui consultation in London, I would have found it hard to believe. Yet, here I am, reflecting on the incredible journey that led me to this remarkable opportunity. Feng Shui has transformed my life in ways I never anticipated, and now, with each client I help, I’m more convinced than ever of its incredible powers.

Feng Shui is an ancient practice based on the concept of alignment. It's challenging to be in alignment when you have self-doubt, health, money, or relationship woes. So, the aim is to take action and realign yourself to foster positive energy. Feng Shui focuses on aligning the flow of qi (life force energy) by considering four key components: the environment, nature, the occupants, and time. Using the 5 element theory to balance these components, they create a harmonious atmosphere that influences every aspect of our lives. It’s not just a practice—it’s a way of life, one that requires dedication, self-reflection, intention, and discipline.

This recent consultation in London was unique for me in many ways. For one, the homeowner is a qualified interior designer, so when I arrived, there was little for me to do in terms of design or decor. The home was already beautifully arranged, and since it was a new purchase, there was no need to declutter either. This gave us the rare opportunity to focus entirely on the personal Feng Shui of the occupants and apply remedies based on their unique forecasting needs.

Feng Shui isn't just about creating a beautiful home; it’s about aligning that space with the energy of the people living in it. For this consultation, we worked on setting clear intentions for the occupants and used Feng Shui remedies to support those intentions. This proactive approach aims to help individuals achieve the results they desire, from improving their health to manifesting success or nurturing relationships.

One of the key practices I introduced was a space clearing, a method designed to release negative energy and restore balance to a space. Space clearing involves rituals such as burning sage, using crystals, and essential oils to purify the energy of a room. It’s an important practice that helps create a fresh, positive environment where good energy can thrive. Since this home was built in the 1800s, it carries a long history of past occupants and their energies. Cleansing this space for the new occupants and their intentions was crucial for creating a harmonious environment that supports them in manifesting their desires more effectively. The benefits are profound—it’s like giving your home a fresh start, free from stagnant energy.

Although it was a professional trip, I was fortunate enough to find time to explore the vibrant city of London. We walked its streets, taking in its rich history and stunning architecture. London is a city that never fails to impress: Did you know the city has 3,000 parks? And if you're ever in Chelsea and feel like a delicious pizza with a glass of rosé, just let me know and I'll give you the address! There’s always something new to discover, and walking around allowed us to experience the city from a different perspective—one filled with energy and potential.

During our consultation, my client shared how valuable they found our sessions. They described them as insightful, reassuring, and supportive. They felt as though they had a private coach guiding them. This practice isn’t just about adjusting your environment—it’s about finding alignment and creating the space for your best life to unfold.

If you’re ready to take your life to the next level by aligning your environment, energy, and intentions, I’d love to help you. Whether you're seeking a one-on-one consultation or coaching to guide you on your journey, my services are designed to bring clarity, balance, and fulfilment into your life.

The Element of Earth - The Energy of Balance

Feng Shui Earth Element– The Energy of Balance

Earth represents stability, grounding, and neutrality. It is the center of the elemental cycle, providing support and nurturing to the other energies. In Feng Shui, Earth energy promotes a sense of security, balance, and connection.

To cultivate Earth energy in your space, focus on natural materials like stone, ceramics, or clay. Incorporate earthy colours—browns, tans, yellows and creams—to create a serene and balanced environment. Additionally, decluttering your space can help solidify Earth’s stabilizing qualities, allowing for a harmonious flow of energy. By grounding yourself in Earth energy, you create a supportive foundation that fosters growth and transformation in other areas of your life.

Earth elements promote a sense of unity, tranquillity, stability, and safety. If you feel like you're not progressing in life, it could be due to an excess of earth elements or colours in your living space. Introducing more metal and wood elements can counteract these effects and bring harmony back to your surroundings.

Bring the Earth Element into your space

Concluding our exploration of the five elements in Feng Shui—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. We reveal how each element uniquely contributes to creating balance and harmony in our environments. By understanding and integrating these elements into our spaces, we can enhance our well-being, foster positive energy, and cultivate a more serene living atmosphere. As you implement these insights, remember that the key to effective Feng Shui lies in personalization and intention, allowing you to create a sanctuary that resonates with your unique energy and aspirations.
