Service Description

Restorative Yoga is a very gentle yoga class where you can experience deep relaxation.  You will be guided all the way through a series of restful poses where your body will be fully supported using props (blankets, bolsters etc allowing it to relax, rest and heal. This class is enriched by incorporating therapeutic grade essential oils.  ​These sessions are $100 per session so enjoy a one on one, or find up to 3 friends to join you.

Cancellation Policy

NO cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of the appointment. A courtesy reminder of our cancellation policy - Same day cancellations or no-shows will incur a $60 fee payable before your next scheduled appointment.
