Service Description

Yin Yoga is a yoga class focusing on your connective tissue.  Helping you to gain better range of motion in the joints.  We do fewer specific poses held for a longer period of time. This class is enriched by the healing sound of the Didgeridoo. ​These sessions are $100 per session so enjoy a one on one, or find up to 3 friends to join you.

Cancellation Policy

NO cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of the appointment. A courtesy reminder of our cancellation policy - Same day cancellations or no-shows will incur a $60 fee payable before your next scheduled appointment.
