Yoga Practice

Stretch & Rest (Yoga Class)

Beginning with a series of flowing poses, the first half of the class will help you grow strength, resilience, flexibility and inner calm.

After invigorating your whole body, you will then be guided each step of the way to gradually slow down, cool down and settle into a deep state of relaxation where your mind and body will be able to rest and rejuvenate.

Guillaume incorporates the following in these sessions: Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Essential Oils, Sound Healing, Zero Balancing, and Guided Meditation.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a yoga class focusing on your connective tissue.  Helping you to gain better range of motion in the joints.  We do fewer specific poses held for a longer period of time.

This class is enriched by the healing sound of the Didgeridoo.

Restorative Yoga 

Restorative Yoga is a very gentle yoga class where you can experience deep relaxation.  You will be guided all the way through a series of restful poses where your body will be fully supported using props (blankets, bolsters etc) allowing it to relax, rest and heal.

This class is enriched by incorporating therapeutic grade essential oils. 

Didgeridoo Guided Meditation

You will be guided each step of the way, allowing you to settle into a deep state or relaxation.  This guided meditation is accompanied by the healing sound of the Didgeridoo and enhanced by the aromas of therapeutic grade essential oils.  Please contact Guillaume for more information on meditation session times.
